Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo

We are almost there. After a long wait, after a lot of work, after a long period in which we have worked head down to pursue our dream and make it yours, to be lived barefoot on the sand, we finally have a date and we can finally share it with you, full of joy and happiness because not only is it back to work, but with a heart full of hope we propose to make our contribution to a return to normality.

We are therefore happy to announce to all of you, whether you are regular guests or holidaymakers hearing about it for the first time, that the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo 5-star Premium Collection will reopen on 20 May, with a completely new concept and many important new features regarding services and expansion of the facility.

Barefoot. Seaside. Dreamaway is the claim that expresses the new personality of the product: here you can enjoy the comforts of a 5-star stay but in “barefoot” mode and the “dreamaway” concept will accompany guests in an innovative holiday experience by the sea.

The first new development is the new wing of the building, which complements the original design by architect Richard Meier, with 26 new hotel suites and the new Falkensteiner Premium Living Apartments. With a total of 51 suites, the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo is now the hotel with the most suites on the Veneto Riviera. The new accommodations are perfectly in line with the interior design of the existing ones by the famous Matteo Thun. They offer guests plenty of space and wonderful views, attracting the attention of those who want a special holiday as if they were at home but with the services of a 5-star hotel. Starting with the restaurants, whose furnishings and food philosophy have been renewed.

It may sound trite, but there’s something for everyone when it comes to cuisine. The strong point is the new Hoku Restaurant & Lounge Bar, also open to outside guests, which expresses a fresh and exotic mood with which the hotel wants to offer its guests and outsiders a convivial, relaxed experience, reminiscent of the great beaches of the Pacific, thanks also to the new interior and exterior furnishings. It starts with the restaurant, which will offer dinners, lunches, and brunches, where the cuisine is Italian Modern with influences from overseas – dishes range from grilled octopus with marjoram marinated Mediterranean prawns, roasted tomatoes, sweet green olives “Cerignola”, fennel, Castelfranco radicchio, small gem and citrus sauce to Tortelli filled with smoked Provola cheese with coriander and lime, Caciucco sauce, butter, sage, prawns, mussels and glasswort – alongside intriguing Asian fusion dishes. HOKU is an exotic and safe haven for those who love the pleasures of the palate and look to flavors as a reason to share experiences, discover the world and enjoy the lifestyle: this is why there is also a separate space with a table, where you can share a food experience with friends or family. This attitude to the exploration of flavors is also present in the lounge, with tiki and ape bar: here the Hawaiian tiki cocktails on offer can be enjoyed on their own – as in the case of the JESOLO BREEZE (White rum | fresh watermelon | fresh strawberries | Bitter Campari | lemonade) – or shared in cocktail bowls – as in the case of the HOKU KOA BOWL (for 4 people with vodka, orange juice, fresh strawberries, sugar, and prosecco).

The lounge bar will be open all day for both hotel guests and those who, during a walk along the beautiful Jesolo beach, wish to stop and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere. The ape bar, during the day, will also be the point of contact with all those from the nearby beaches who wish to taste a Hoku box takeaway or a refreshing drink. For hotel guests, beach service comes directly under the umbrella.

The new Artigiani Restaurant & Market is open only to hotel guests and serves breakfast and dinner included in the half-board arrangement. Here you can enjoy delicious, zero-kilometer cuisine. Artigiani is a kind of colorful market where dishes are created from local fruits and are freshly prepared. In addition to an open kitchen station, there is also a cafeteria here, where you can enjoy an espresso or cappuccino for breakfast. An experience to be lived with a smile.

Another great novelty concerns the wellness center, renovated and enlarged, which takes the name “Acquapura Blue Horizon SPA” with a total area of 2,000 square meters dedicated to wellness with a view of the sea (the new saunas overlooking the wide Adriatic horizon in front of the hotel are indicative in this regard). The new wellness center offers all the services of a large 5-star hotel spa and is an exclusive place that invites you to deep relaxation, promising a series of rituals and treatments that, in addition to the great classics, include new Hawaiian entries whose beneficial effects last over time. Here, the horizon combines the power of the sea with the expanse of the sky and creates an open and personal atmosphere where each individual guest can feel free to find their own balance.

The treatments use natural essences and marine ingredients, inspired by the magical rituals of Hawaii: the new list will include, for example, the LOMI LOMI NUI “Surf Spirit | Waves of delight” ideal for restoring balance and harmony, increasing muscle tone, and letting negative energies flow away, and KAHUNA – Temple Style Bodywork useful for releasing endorphins, creating positive thoughts, reducing hormones that generate stress and improving mental alertness.

Phytomer, Pharmos Natur, and Pino’s product lines represent the three main elements of the spa: water, sky, and earth. Special yoga sessions and meditation classes on the beach complement the well-being of the body and mind.

Guests who want to discover the element of water more dynamically can try SUP, canoeing, and windsurfing courses.

Choosing to spend a holiday in this beautiful hotel means immersing yourself in a location of informal luxury, where you can enjoy the many comforts and privileges of a 5-star stay in a serene and relaxed way, barefoot on the sand. The architecture, kitchens, bar proposal and ample space for relaxation already make you think you can spend all your time in the hotel because you’ll never be bored. But you can also explore the area, the Venetian lagoon, and get to know its traditions and cuisine through truly unique experiences, just ask the concierge, who will have plenty to offer you.
