A signature cocktail of the cool lobby bar is the refreshing Negroni. The Negroni is a cocktail classically served as an aperitif, whose origin lies in Italy of the 20th century. If you don’t know this one yet, we’ll tell you here how to best serve and enjoy Negroni!
What you need:
- 3cl Beefeater
- 3cl Campari
- 3cl Martini Rosso
- 1/2 slice of orange
- 1 lime
- ice cubes
How it works:
Squeeze some lime juice into your Negroni glass. Then add two or three ice cubes and stir vigorously once – this will chill the glass. Then add the Campari and fill the glass with chilled Beefeater. If the glass isn’t quite full yet, feel free to add a few more ice cubes.
Last but not least: Stir everything well, add an orange slice and serve!
