Among the thousands of aperitifs I have drunk in my life, one takes a very special place in my heart: an anti-alcoholic cocktail in my hand, a wonderful view of the deep red sunset on the south coast of Sardinia, a unique resort in the midst of nature – we are talking about the aperitif at the Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi.
