Cocktails are something special that you usually only order on rare occasions – on holiday, for example. That’s why we’ve taken World Cocktail Day on 13 May as an opportunity to introduce you to some favourites from our hotel bars. That way, you might be inspired for your next stay before you read through the fabulous creations of our bartenders. However, it’s definitely worth taking a look at the menu, because some of the creativity and flavours on offer here are unique! So if you only think of sweet coladas when you hear the word cocktail, you’ve missed out on many of the trendy drinks of recent years. And let me tell you, you don’t wanna miss the tastiness! Have fun reading and sipping. Cheers!

Exceptional cocktail flavours and lounge music are served in the Tiki Bar with terrace and sea view, directly on the Lido di Jesolo. The Hawaiian cocktail variations inspire the holiday feeling and guarantee a good mood. “Hoku” means “bright star in the sky” in the Hawaiian language and emphasises the idea of welcoming guests to the bar in a tropical paradise – far away from the stress of everyday life.

Favourite cocktail: Spritzer in all its variations

Signature cocktail: At Hoku Bar, signature cocktails are based on ingredients such as rum, fresh fruit and fresh flavours, making them stand out as Tiki cocktails. Hotel Bar at Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo

High up on the Katschberg, the hotel bar at the Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo is the perfect place to savour unusual cocktails. Guests of all ages can choose from six alcohol-free signature cocktails and eight cocktails with alcohol. The “Cristallo Royal” and the “Grape Job” impress with their fresh ingredients from the region and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. With a light drink in your hand, you can enjoy the view of the mountain scenery from the sun terrace even more. The non-alcoholic La CucaMatcha is made with matcha syrup, coconut milk, mango juice and hazelnut syrup. This refreshing creation is the perfect accompaniment for hot summer days!

Favourite drink: Gin & tonic with the new Falkensteiner gin

Signature cocktail: “Cristall Clear Cocktail” is the signature cocktail at the Falkensteiner Hotel Cristallo. Three days are needed to make the cocktail. The final step is filtering with milk and lemon juice. It is called a clear cocktail because it looks clear despite the ingredients such as pineapple, milk, rum, lemon, coconut and hazelnut syrup, making the ingredients difficult to guess. It looks like Jameson Whiskey, but tastes similar to Pina Colada.
