Very easy to cook
Today we have a special treat to share with you. Our vegan ravioli are ideal for all veggie fans and anyone who wants to try vegan recipes. Tossed in butter or with a delicious sauce, this dish is perfect for any after-work meal. Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
Ravioli: | |
---|---|
200 g | Soft wheat semolina |
100 g | Durum wheat semolina |
150 ml | Water |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
Stuffing: | |
300 g | Vegetables of your choice |
1 | Onion |
Salt & pepper |
1st Step
Mix all the ingredients for the ravioli and knead into a smooth dough with 150 ml water. Shape the dough into a ball, place in a sealable container and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2nd Step
In the meantime, finely chop the vegetables and onion and fry in a non-stick pan without oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3rd Step
Roll out the pasta dough very thinly and cut out 20 circles (approx. 13 centimetres). Place 1 tsp of the filling in the centre of each circle, brush the edges with a little water, fold closed and seal tightly with a fork or your finger.
4th Step
Cook the ravioli in boiling, salted water until al dente.
