Sveti Klement – The dog beach on St. Klement Island
You can reach St Klement via a short walk from Zadar town. The small peninsula is perfect for a relaxing day of swimming for you and your dog. The access to the sea is shallow and there is a park with shady trees behind the pebble beach.
Tip: Take a picnic basket with you, as there is no kiosk on St. Klement.
Privlaka dog beach:
Privlaka is located around 20 kilometres north of Zadar and is a true resort for people and dogs. The hundred-meter-long beach consists of sand and fine stones and slopes gently into the sea.
There are a few sun umbrellas and the beach is mostly fenced off so that your dog can run around without any problems.
Dog beaches on the island Krk
Krk also offers some fantastic beaches for you and your dog:
- Mala Krasa: The pebble beach is a little off the beaten track, but it’s the perfect place to relax while your dog can run free and cool off.
- Mala Javna: The small pebble beach is a real insider tip, even among locals
